Hi,
I am of course referencing this product:
https://www.bestbuy.com/site/razer-battle-bundle-deathadder-v2-blackshark-v2-x-gigantus-v2-m-black/6460438.p?skuId=6460438&ref=212&loc=1&extStoreId=149&ref=212&loc=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwzYGGBhCTARIsAHdMTQwyeVJmjl3Icf4K4tnCWLuEq29_qCYB5rkSGJ8bRJPNnRlmEKJK-goaAubnEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
I purchased the Battle Bundle, which includes the Blackshark V2 headset, at my local Best Buy, the other week.
But it did not include items that usually come standard with the Blackshark V2 headset if it's bought individually:
- 7.1 surround software code
- USB sound card
Google searching found that both these items are included in the packaging if a Blackshark V2 is bought individually. However, I am puzzled as to why the heck these necessary items are not included with the identically the same model of the headset as it comes as part of the battle bundle.
Of course, I can just Amazon the missing things, but it ordinarily would be my expectation, that if the Blackshark V2 sold by itself, comes packaged with certain included items, then the battle bundle would also include those same items shipped with it.
Want to just raise this as a concern.
D'oh!
Brian

As far as I can tell, the headset that came with the bundle is the BlackShark V2 X, which is the analog variant. This is why the package did not include the USB sound card. As for 7.1 Surround Sound code, I can submit a code generation request if you send me the serial number and a copy of the proof of purchase.
