I've tried calling, i've tried emailing. Nothing is getting through.
My Razer Naga Trinity mouse is experiencing the double-click/click-hold issue that so many others are experiencing. The issue is literally the top review on amazon.
I'm trying to get a new mouse, but support via email has stated that I need to return my existing mouse before they will (in 2-3 weeks) send me a new one. That is unacceptable. I use my mouse to work from home. I can't just be without a mouse for 2-3 weeks. You guys clearly have a faulty product here and I would like to come up with a solution that does not require going mouse-less for 2-3 weeks.

Bump. I have still yet to receive any emails or get through to a call center. It has been almost a month since I last heard anything via email and i've tried calling 20+ times at all hours of the day. Same message "higher than normal call volume".
Either you are blatantly ignoring your customers, or you have so many issues that your phones are ringing off the hook. Which is it?
