Mouse DPI Raises Randomly

I have a Deathadder V2 Pro. When I play games that require a mouse, my DPI raises on its own for a split second and then goes back to the set DPI. When this does happen, it either does the change once then stops for a couple of minutes, or keeps changing every couple of seconds. This mostly happens when I am playing Minecraft. I have my DPI buttons turned off but the sensitivity keeps changing. I've tried turning the mouse off, cleaning the mouse, getting stuff out of the sensor, and taking the mouse apart, but nothing seems to have a permanent solution. If anyone has a solution on how to fix this problem, please let me know.

Try to repair the Synapse application by following the steps here. Update the firmware of your mouse by getting the updater here. If the same issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and specifications to help me look for other steps to help you resolve the DPI issue.
