Multiple issues with Nari | Razer Insider

I am having multiple issues with my Nari headphones.

 

The first issue is the volume when using the “Game” output is really low compared to the “Chat” output. While checking the volume on both the game/chat balance dial seems to make no difference to the volume at all.

 

The second issue I am having is the mic mute button on the headset itself is not working. I can only mute/unmute the microphone via synapse.

 

I haven’t fully used the headset in a while so am only just finding these issues out now, I have updated Synapse, Windows and ensured the firmware is up to date and everything seems fine.
