Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Please check the last character of the code. Please use the letter "O" instead of number zero "0" and see if it helps.

    I try to replace 0 for O and it doesn't work says that "License Code has already been used" (Omitted photo due to security reasons)

    Oh my! Please send a photo showing the source of the activation code and the email address associated to your Razer ID. Save the files via Google Drive or to another online drive account then paste the link via PM. Let's continue from there.
