hello, can anyone help me, my account is temporarily locked, I just created an account and top up gold 75k and 120k, to top up acoin black desert, but when I top up I can't because I have to fill in my personal data and cellphone number. When I filled in my cellphone number, the OTP code didn't enter WhatsApp even though the number was correct, then I refreshed the page several times, and suddenly my account was temporarily locked until now. pls help me sir
