My account is temporary locked

Hello, I only created this account for help with a problem with my other account. 2 months ago I tried to activate my 2-step verification, but I don’t know what i did, but it logout by itself, and when I tried to send my email verification because I forgot my password, I despaired and I send that email so many times and that caused my account got blocked, so please, I need help to log in to my account again, thanks
