My "B" button is not work but the light is still on.
I try to uninstall and reinstall synapse but it's still not work.
how can I do with it

Have you tried uninstalling the Razer Synapse on your computer to see if it works without the app on your computer? Have you also tested it on another computer without the Synapse app?
I've found that my B button on my keyboard was broken.
so I've already contacted the seller to send my keyboard back to them to fix it.
And now it's resolved.
