My cursor doesn’t move together with my mouse (deathadder v2 x hyperspeed), the scroll button works, also the other buttons work, it just the cursor won’t move with the mouse, I also realized that the lazer is gone, I have changed the batteries to a new one, I’m pairing my mouse by bluetooth since I can’t pair it by 2.4, thats also my very first problem when I first bought it, the mouse and dongle won’t connect, razer synapse won’t even detect it when i use the dongle that is why im using bluetooth, please help..

My deathadder v2 x hyperspeed has a problem
I bought the razer deathadder v2 pro computers today. I want to use it with Hyperspeed connection. Because I think this is the fastest and most stable method. But when I plug the USB dongle into my computer, I hear the USB device connection sound every 10 seconds and I cannot continue with the installation. I wonder if the usb dongle is faulty, thanks in advance for your help!
