My keyboard is acting weird to razer synapse

I have tried reinstalling razer synapse, reinstalling the driver but when razer synapse is open, my keyboard would disconnect connect disconnect connect disconnect connect disconnect connect disconnect connect disconnect connect disconnect connect disconnect connect disconnect connect disconnect connect. help?

Hi there! Does the disconnection issue only happen when Synapse is open? Also, which specific version/model of the keyboard and Synapse are you using? Let me know.
