I recently did a windows 11 clean install and my mouse is literally about to make me lose it. It will scroll smoothly for a few seconds then suddenly enter some slow motion with insane resistance, then again goes back to normal. When I plug it out and back in it goes normal for a bit again then boom resistance again. I updated my mouse and my synapse software, I tried another Razer mouse(wired) on my PC and it seemed to work fine, well mostly fine, 10x better atleast. I’ve had this mouse for more than a year this issue never happened before until this windows clean reinstall.
