I just bought a Razer Kraken X and the code was not found in the box

That's odd; the headset should come with a scratch card. Anyway, I can initiate a code generation request on your behalf. For verification purposes, please send me a PM with your device's serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase so I can file the request.
