A few months ago, when I did fn+f11 to turn off the Razer Blackwidow v3 lights, my keyboard was disconnected and it started to appear as Razer bootloader. I tried resetting the keyboard, it didn't work, I downloaded software and drivers, it didn't work, can you help me?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, shoot me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
