My Razer Blade 15 was returned to me WITHOUT A BATTERY | Razer Insider

I have to put this on these forums because the Razer RZC customer support via email take 24 hours to respond to any email. I had sent in my Razer Blade 15 for a battery replacement because the battery had swollen to ridiculous proportions, and it was just returned to me WITHOUT A BATTERY. This is just a whole other level of absurd. I would like this to be resolved ASAP. And I would love to open up my Razer to check for this myself, but I am not able to open it up because these screws are now really stripped and/or tightened to hell and back.
i found their number online if u are in usa 1 (855) 872-5233
Shame on Razer. I've heard of these battery issues. I hope they covered the cost of the replacement. I was planning on buying a new razer laptop but now I am thinking twice. I value a good product and good customer service. This doesn't sound like something I would be able to tolerate.
FYI I had laptop screws stripped on me before (I know they sent it back to you like that). I tried the rubber band method, did not work.

I used a dremel tool and a allen wrench to get the screw out.

Hve u tried make a slot in the screw or trying to stamp the screw to shape of allen bit?

I appreciate the response and suggestion. As much as I'd love to fix this myself, I really feel it's on Razer to address this and provide a proper fix to this issue.

I have same issue and log a ticket . Don’t know why razer battery will swel . It may be design and safety issue of the product. It is out of warranty and I am waiting for reply how to pay for repair

I don't know why Razer would ship laptops with faulty batteries and then not offer to fix those, but I can tell you that if your experience is anything like mine, it's going to take them two weeks to charge you over $200 to remove the swollen battery only to return your laptop to you without one.
