My razer goliathus chroma lighting stopped working

Yesterday my razer goliathus chroma stopped working but when i shut down the pc the mouse mat start blinking then i turn on the pc but the mouse mat still have this problem

    Does Synapse still detect the mat? If not, how does it appear on the Device Manager? Also, did you update the app recently?

    mine stopped working too! LAtest Synapse. Not displayed there. Dunno whats wrong

    Is the lighting completely off, or is it reverting to the default lighting effect? Do you mind putting up a short clip detailing your issue?
