My Razer Huntsman Is Showing Wrong RGB.

Hello, I have bought the Razer Huntsman a few months ago and have been using it since then. One day when I turn on my PC, multiple keys (15 in total) turned into a solid green, even though I had my settings on Spectrum Cycling. I tried resetting the keyboard through Synapse but it had no effect. Does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks.

Hi there, @Creater2004! Allow me to help you out with this. Have you tried different Chroma lighting settings? Also, did you try to create another Synapse tester account to see if it corrects the lighting issue? Can you post a video of the said issue?

I have tried different Chroma settings, the keys (The ones with problems) are still green.
I am creating another account now to test.
If I were to record a video, what should I include in it? (Me changing colors, pressing the affected keys?)

I see. Can you send me the serial number of your Razer Huntsman through PM? You may post the video on the message or you can upload it to your Google Drive or on Youtube. Just provide us the link. Let's continue from there.

ehh okay...

So I just dropped the huntsman on my table (Keys facing down) while trying to look for the serial number. When I flipped it back, all the keys returned to normal... so I guess the problem solved itself.
