My Razer Nari Ultimate are not working
My razer nari ultimate are not Working first is dosn't Appear in Razer Synapse, When i try to charge its not Working there is no Light and When i try to Power it on the Razer Logo is Red for 1 second, can Anybody Help me Please?

are u connecting ur dongle thru hub or straight up to USB port ?
sharequickMustard466try connect ur nari, from USB C to ur desktop/laptop then use ur 3.5mm jack and connect tour pc /laptop and go to menu settings and see if its there, if isnt, go to device manager and uninstall the driver, once its finish, unplug the dongle, and restart ur pc and then plug ur dongle back and let the synapse do the job while installing the nari driver

@sharequickMustard466 Did you already try to update the firmware of your headset? If not yet, you can get it here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward it to the RMA Team for a replacement request.
