My Razer Viper Ultimate wireless freezes every 5 seconds I press down the left mouse button. Things i tried: Installing new firmware from razer Delete razer synapse Delete drivers and installing them again Used all the different USB ports on my pc Using included cable Nothing works Running windows 10 Specs: Operating System Windows 10 Pro 64-bit CPU Intel Core i5 9600KF @ 3.70GHz Coffee Lake 14nm Technology RAM 32.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1330MHz (16-18-18-36) Motherboard ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.     Did you receive any Windows updates recently? Have you tried connecting it to a different computer and check if the issue is the same? Try isolating the behavior by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your Viper Ultimate via PM.
