I recently bought my Razor Kraken Headset and the code for the 7.1 surround sound says it's invalid.
Please help me.

Be sure, that you're typing the code properly - check for any code mismatch like O and 0, I and 1 etc.

Please send me a screenshot of the error message, a photo of your scratched card, or a screenshot of the email containing the code, along with the serial number of your headset. I can use those to help you activate the 7.1 Surround Sound app.
