So I was using my mouse Naga Trinity for almost year. Mouse have really bad glowing now. Half of colors don’t work at all now, but it’s not so important. The biggest problem is Synapse stop see my mouse at all, and to fix it I need to re-plug my mouse every single time when I turn on my PC. This break all macros and I need to duplicate all of them and set again. And after another re-plug mouse got insane lag input for EVERYTHING expect wheel scroll. I need to hold any button for entire second just to make one click.

Did you’ve tried other port (preferred USB 3.0 or above). Mouse afterbootup is not available in Synapse, but overall it works (clicks, cursor movement)?
If you haven’t tried it yet - do Synapse clean reinstall with drivers removal:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
