Nari ultimate mic does not work

The mic worked fine the other day but I have been having issues for about 2 weeks were the headset disconnects and then reconnects and the drivers can be heard audibly, its like I'm starting the headset for the first time when booting up the system.

Synapse has been reinstalled twice.
Levels are high.
I can hear the mic through the Sidetone but my pc don't pic up the mic in the control panel or in discord.

Please test the mic using the AUX cable. If you get the same results, then you will have to send the headset in for RMA. Do send me the serial number of your headset so I can check the warranty status.
