Okay, so this is driving me crazy. I upgraded from a SteelSeries headset and I love this headset, but there's been this quirk driving me insane since I first got it. If I could solve this, this headset would be perfect.
My PC sits under my glass desk, and I am no more than four foot away from it when I'm sitting at my computer. Despite this, I frequently have times when the headset continually beeps, lowering quality, cutting out. It's a frequent distraction during raid and when it happens, it's just easier to take the headset off and deal without audio than listen to it constantly getting and dropping signal. I don't have anything on or around my desk that should be causing an unreasonable amount of interference. What can I do to troubleshoot this?

There are plenty of possible sources of interference. How many WiFi networks does your phone detect when you're in front of your desk? That said, send over the serial number of your headset so I can give you the wireless calibration tool.
