Nari Ultimate Problem

The sound will not play through the THX speakers. The only device that it will play sound through is the Nari Ultimate - Game/Chat device. It will not play through the THX device. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

    Have you tried reinstalling the drivers of your device? Isolate the issue first by doing a clean reinstallation of your Synapse. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I can use it to look for possible solutions. I'll lock this thread now.
