Nari Ultimate Robot voice issue

Hi,

I've been having a few issues with the Nari Ultimate, which has been really disappointing.

I only got the headset about a month ago, if that. It worked perfectly until a week ago when my voice has basically started to sound like a robot. And everyone keeps asking me to say exterminate. A lot. Not sure which is worse lol

I've reset the defaults on discord and checked on synapse however the problem still persists. I've tried voice through messenger and same issue. I'm kinda at my wits end with this one. Is there something I'm missing? Old worn kraken mic works fine so I've isolated it to just the nari.

Waiting on ticket raised to support but then thought this might be a good place to ask in the meantime!

Thanks everyone.

So many nari reports in the forum, that's kinda worrying. Also had an issue with mine, but since then it stoppped responding at all, hopefully your gets fixed though. One thing I know though is that having a router or any other wireless device nearby may cause some issues. When I contacted support they said to try different usb port and change razer id to guest or their testing one and the mic actually improved. Maybe that'll help you as well
Thanks for that! I'll give it a go and yeah, it is a bit worrying. It's the first wireless I've tried. I've had a kraken for years and it's been my fall back device since I can't use my brand new headset 😞
Hey,
I also have a Nari and i've been getting this robotic/crackly sounds when i speak (according to my friends).
I tshooted by turning off settings and such in synapse, i determined that it might be the enhancements the ones causing it, in specific the noise reduction enhancement, shut it off, and try, in any case use the noise reduction from discord for example.
Or better yet just turn it all off and test for a while, progressively turning options on.
The problem seems to be entirely software based.
Heya,

Yep, it's been tested all across the board (and in different USB slots to no avail) and with the settings as well. Still have crackles.

Thanks though.
