For whatever reason, the way the keyboard implements its gamepad emulation breaks using the existing gamepad on Unreal and many games such as Elden Ring. I do not care or want gamepad emulation if there is a real gamepad already connected. (Unfortunately, the method in which most applications determine and select among multiple gamepads on Windows is not very usable.) Please provide an easy option to turn it off so there is no crazy device driver madness.
Please. It is a $200+ keyboard. It is not usable with many games in its current form.
Not asking to fix it - I have given up on that.
Just a way to permanently disable that feature.

Is there any other way to request help from Razer?

Update - I have had some success removing the device from Control Panel... Devices and Printers. At least until the next reboot.
Just make sure you remove the correct gamepad device ( and not any other ones you want).
In terms of usability, it would be great if razer did something to the effect of:
"If there is a gamepad already connected, then chances are the user doesnt want an emulated gamepad, so I will skip setting up a device that replaces the gamepad they probably want"
