I cannot receieve SMS verification codes on my current phone number as my SIM card deactivated or something. Thus I cannot verify some valorant point purchases as I cannot receive SMS, and the backup codes are also for some reason, only verifiable by SMS. I have waited 1.5 working days for any email back for support and I really need to buy the valorant points before the bundle disappears. I either need to remove 2nd hand authentication or change phone number but razer gold support isn't replying to me and I really need the valorant point purchases soon.
Same problem, havent got any replies from support since friday.
