Need Help Getting 7.1 Surround Sound activation code

Question is what model is your RAZER headset? The following link show RAZER headsets that are compatible with 7.1 SS https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week. If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~ Name S/N P/N Proof of purchase (legal receipt) Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

I have the Kraken V3 X, which is compatible. The thing is that I got rid the box a while ago so only have the headset itself.

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty

Please send me the serial number of your device via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use it to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
