Hey i just got a new barracuda x headset and the sound is cracking and weirdly stops working every time there is a high sound i was wondering if that only happens because they are new and need time to adapt or if i should return them

Thanks for posting your concern on our support board. Your headset should not have those problems. Does it persist on different audio sources? If yes, it’s highly likely a hardware problem. Nevertheless, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for steps to help you further.
