Hi i bought my headsets 1 year ago in my birthday but yesterday i discover i have to use surround 7.1 so i went to try to find the code in my box but i dont have it, i register my headsets but i still dont have the code help me pls :D (sorry for bad english)

    Please send me the serial number of your Kraken X via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Let's continue from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
