on-board memory doesn't seem to work

I've saved page up and down to hypershift + scroll wheel but it simplyh doesn't work. It actually just outright bugs out. The mouse ends up sending an infinite number of page down commands once i hypershift and scroll.And it's hard to get it to stop. I put it on on board memory. Doesn't the mouse have that?

      Razer basilisk ultimate (v2?) wireless. And yeah. I did a clean reinstall. Now instead of infinite page-up commands it is doing page down. After like 5-6 seconds it stops spazzing out and relinquishes control. Did a clean uninstall. SFC /scannow. Reinstalled. Still a problem
