on board memory not being used razer huntsman v2

i have a razer huntsman v2 which is supposed to have on board memory but the second i exit synapse or lock the screen it goes to spectrum cycling and all the keys i customised go back to default. to save all the questions i already saved the profiles to the onboard memory. in fact i saved one profile to all the memory slots and that still didn't work is there a fix for this?

    The lighting profiles cannot be saved into the onboard memory. The Synapse application should be running for it to take effect. Feel free to check our self-help if you have questions or PM me anytime should you need further assistance. *Thread locked.
