One of my Razer Viper side buttons Stopped working.

I've had my Razer Viper mouse around 3 weeks and really enjoy the mouse. Today one of my side buttons randomly decided to stop working. The mouse is in really good condition and i'm not sure why its not working. Can anyone help me please. :(
