I bought my original orbweaver in 2016. I had to get it replaced in 2017 when it had a variety of issues, and they ended up sending me a brand new unit. Now, just over 2 years later, multiple keys are not working. This is odd, due to the fact that I have barely used this gamepad in the last year and a half, since I met the girl of my dreams and stopped raiding full time. So I have keys slowly dying, and not responding when I do decide to play, and there is no forum on how to fix this. I can not justify spending any more money on a gamepad I spent $120 on in the first place. I have multiple Razer products, and this is the first one I ever had that has been just awful.

Hi @Rayne13. Sorry to hear about what happened to your mouse. By the way, does the issue happen while the gaming keypad is connected to a different USB port in your current computer? Does the issue to other computer applications aside from games? Please test your gaming keypad to a different PC with Razer Synapse installed and see if there's any difference. Also, create a dummy Razer Synapse account and see if the also persists.

I tested it on another computer, a laptop, and the same keys don’t work. It’s not a problem with synapse, it’s a problem with the mechanical switch.
Thanks for confirming! Please send me a PM together with your gaming keypad's serial number, let's continue from there.
