Order Status (No Acknowledgement receipt)

Hi all, first post on the Razer Forums :)

Today(Feb. 14, 2022) I ordered a Razer Opus X through Razer Silver code and paid the shipment through my bank account, I did finished my order but did not receive any email about it. I'm quite paranoid right now cuz my order is not showing at my order history in my razer account. I also tried to purchase again using my razer silver code but it says redemption code is already use which is I used earlier, so I'm quite sure my order got push through cuz I cant use my redemption code now and my bank account is already deducted with its shipment fee.

Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the situation and put my mind at peace ?
