Been using this keyboard for years
RZ03-0204 Razer Ornata Chroma Gaming Keyboard
This morning I was playing a game and noticed my ESC key was not working. After troubleshooting I determined none of the top row keys were working. For instance Alt-F4 only triggers the alt. F11 does not maximize my browser, etc.Lights work but button presses for those top row keys are not triggering.
I verified the function key was not on
I read it may have accidentally gone into demo mode. I tried unplugging it, then holding down the following key combos, plugging it in, and releasing them
ESC, CAP, SPACE
ESC CAPS
ESC CAPS CNTRL
It seemed ESC CAPS caused the keyboard to stop responding, but doing it again brings everything back except the aforementioned top row keys. Those do not return.
Keyboard was cleaned a few weeks ago and none of the keys are sticking.
I tried factory resetting through synapse, deleting profiles, etc.
I tried plugging it into another computer that has never had a razer device on it before (Same issue)
I was hoping you guys could give me some new things to try.
