Overwatch chroma not working

I have a Razor Ornata Chroma and its always worked automatically with the premade Overwatch profiles. recently its stopped working and I can't get it to work again, my normal profile I made stays on instead of it switching tp the OW one like it should. I've tried repairing, reinstalling, updating, running as admin, troubleshooting and none has worked. If yall know anything else that might help it'd be much appreciated.
