Plastic flap ungluing from just below center of screen on hinge | Razer Insider

There’s a plastic flap that is glued to the center piece of the hinge below the center of the screen. It’s glued to a round piece in the middle that rotates with the hinge. This is on a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model 2020 w/ RTX 2070 Super. I bought the laptop December of 2020, and naturally this happens just a couple months after the product support ended on Amazon. Is there some way to fix / glue this back? Any idea on the adhesive to use?

I didn’t think there would be this type of issue after just a couple years.

Can you PM me the serial number so I can validate its model? I can kickstart a case and escalate your concern to our systems team for a repair request.

Hi Razer.Zionzedd,

I tried submitting my serial number earlier to support and the automatic reply mentioned my laptop was out of the repair window. Would it still be eligible for a repair request anyway?
