Popping sound with headset , Razer Kraken Kitty Edition
I'm so confused and very frustrated. This awesome headset was a birthday gift and I really just want to stop having issues.
What can I do to stop the popping and make sure I have the voice/sound settings set up correctly.
Thanks, in advance.
Still having issues. Ill be in game or have a browser open and its off and on . Synapse will show my headset connected then not connected.

Please try the follow-up steps from this article. If feasible, please connect and test your heads by plugging them into another port or computer. Ensure the headset is connected directly to your PC, not on an extension or a hub.
Okay I have a update to this. I was trying to use discord to talk to family and it kept cutting in and out. Some reason I decided to unplug my Razer Base Station Chroma. And basically, it stopped cutting out like 98% of the time. If I had the person turned up to loud it would cut out. But I decided to plug back in the Base to hold my headset and now I have the cutting in and out back again nonstop.
Why would this make the headset cut in and out??

Hia! I had an extremely similar problem to you, initially my headset was FREQUENTLY disconnecting when the volume was turned up.
I fixed it VIA turning down the intensity of my RGB through synapse (a range from 50% to 70% is good) and it did the trick. I remember reading a while ago that the RGB uses A LOT of power, and if your PC/laptop doesn’t have sufficient power from your power supply it basically overrides and freaks out, causing the frequent disconnecting and reconnecting.
I do have quite the tank of a power supply and yet this still happens. Not sure exactly why but I’m not complaining, the disconnecting stopped and my headset still glows bright.
Also! make sure all your drivers are updated because during the time mine still had problems, I noticed it got worse if my AMD drivers needed an update (or Windows needed an update).
