Problem with Razer DeathAdder Chroma

So my DeathAdder Chroma was working prior too a reset of my PC :rage: All lights working, clicks work. Mouse can be moved but barely. Tried cleaning the sensor but nothing :expressionless: I installed Razer Synapse and Synapse 2.0 as prompted by Razer Synapse :neutral_face: Synapse 2.0 doesnt pick up my DeathAdder, But it will show up in Razer Synapse (will only prompt for synapse 2.0) :confused: I was thinking driver issues but the DeathAdder Chroma isnt in the below links list: :sweat: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166 :link: Im running Windows 10pro 64bit 👏 I also have a Blackwidow Chroma keyboard that is having no problems:ok_hand: Any help, greatly appreciated :thumbsup:

Is it possible for you to connect your device to a different computer and check if it has the same issue? Do you mind sending me the serial number via PM? That way, I can verify its model and look into possible solutions. I'll pick it up from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
