Problem with the Mouse Basilisk V3 pro

I recently purchased the basilisk v3 pro mouse and for the first few weeks it worked well. Now since yesterday, whenever I switch to a profile that has a macro, I completely lose control of the mouse, Synapse freezes, making it impossible to use. I have already repaired Synapse, updated firmware, reinstalled, formatted the PC and the problem persists.

I’m here to help. Were there any changes made to your system/device before the issue? Did you receive and install any Windows update recently? Please perform a clean re-installation of Razer Synapse from this link. You can also try to uninstall and resitall the mouse driver here.
