Problem with the Razer Lancehead
Hello Community, i have a really big problem with my Lancehead. Since a few days it doesnt work how it did before. When im ingame (for example PUBG) and i pick the Lancehead off the mat (Razer Goliathus Control), the player camera swipes a bit to the bottom right. When im surfing in the internet or doing something else out of a game the Pointer of the mouse swipes a bit to the bottom right too. The Lancehead is calibrated to the Razer Goliathus in Razer Synapse.

I assume your mouse move coursor on your screean ? Try to clean sensor in mouse and mat Surface you can also try other mat to see where is the issue. If non of this help try to wipe profiles and create new one with default settings and see if this help.
nothing of this helped, feelsbadman :( and the problem is on every surface, the Goliathis should not be the problem :/
Try to remove the mouse from device menager in windows unplug reboot pc and plug back if this dont help it might be a sensor issue and with this you do anything on your own so you will be force to send to warranty,

Shotgun_12GCan you put up a screenshot of the calibration tab in Synapse? I'd like to see what we're working with. By the way, have you tried adjusting the lift-off distance?
