When I connect the inputs, the motherboard recognizes, but neither windows and synapse recognizes the device. I would like to know what to do

Hi there! The Kraken X Lite is an analog headset. Unlike the USB variant, it cannot be detected by the PC and Synapse as a Razer device. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi, same here. I forgot my other at home and I work on cruise line. I have a Blade Basic 15 from 2019 and impossible to remove THX Spatial (source of problem I think). I can use the microphone....

Done....all this problem because I forgot my My Kraken Tournament edition......

Now I buy a Kraken X light with Jack. I keep it RAZER.

Thanks for the reply. As I have mentioned above in a previous reply, the Kraken X Lite will not be recognized by the PC as a Razer device as it is an analog headset. Let me know if you need more help.
