Problems with Mouse Deathadder Elite on USB HUB

Hello,
I have a Deathadder Elite mouse, and currently I use it on my Macbook, the macbook does not have USB ports, it only has USB-C so I must use a HUB to connect it, because of this the Razer Synapse software does not recognize the Mouse and I can't configure anything. Do you have any way to make me recognize it? From already thank you very much

see if you can get a usb-c to whatever USB on your mouse and see if that works
The mouse itself works but is not recognized by the software, so I cannot configure it.

yeah i know see, if synapse recognizes it like that
The main problem is that although you can configure the mouse on another computer, when you connect it to the hub, the loaded configurations do not work.

Has anyone been able to solve this?

Try to isolate the behavior by performing a clean reinstallation of your Synapse and see if it helps. Else, do send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can look into possible solutions.
