Problems with Razer Synapse

Hello,
ich have a Problem with Razer Synapse (Version 3.8.209.20311):

When i open Synapse i don´t see any profiles. In the Headline i see "Synapse, Keypad, Keyboard, Mousapad Mouse Profile) When i click on one of this at the bottom shows me the correct Hardware but between the Headline and the bottom all is dark. I can´t open a probile or change anything there. I try to unistall and install new the SOftware but nothing happens the same is after new install.

Can anyone help me?

Same here. The past four releases of the software have been completely broken after the initial installation. Upon rebooting, they have all failed to work.

Thanks for reporting this issue. Can you gather the Synapse logs by following the steps here and using Google Drive to share them with me through PM? I will start a case and raise your concern to the software team so they can look into it.

This problem has plagued me recently and I’ve found rebooting the PC several times has got it started but the update of synapse today has blocked my keyboard and tartarus keypad entirely. Synapse does not see them as the opening menu is empty.

If there is an answer to this it would be good if it was here or some report of how far repairs have got.

same everything is gone, no profiles on my pc, no profiles online

ok I got my profile back now and did this on my PC with Windows 11 Home installed (Ver. 22H2)
First I tried uninstalling my mouse and keyboard from device manager (Razer Mamba Hyperflux and Razer Huntsman v2) but that didn't work, then I tried uninstalling Razer synapse but that didn't work either, I then installed another bluetooth mouse and did the same process again but uninstalled EVERYTHING that had to do with Razer even an old Razer synapse installation, I then restarted the computer and downloaded from razer's site RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.12.0.385 for Pc and logged in again, TaaaDaa the profile was back again... Puuuuh.

I had uninstalled Razer and re-installed it several times already but this time I used razer’s un-install and iobit’s uninstaller, re-downloaded Razer, installed and it worked. I have my profile back. All I can think is iobit found stuff Razer and Windows un-installers missed.

Hey Xak_XarrasMasterHippi, and sleekdataCream988! Do you have the Nanoleaf in your Synapse 3.0 setup? If it is present, please remove/delete it and see if the behavior persists. Otherwise, gather your MSInfo and Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online hosting site, then paste the shareable link to me via PM so I can initiate an investigation or submit a support ticket here. Ensure to select software from the contact reason drop-down box, choose Synapse as the category, then click the submit button.
