I removed your screenshot that included your serial number for safety purpose.

Have you tried RZ01-03150100-R3U1 for the product number?

IF still doesn't work try PM @Razer.Caziel with your serial number and where you got the headset from.
Oh thanks. I did try remove the picture though. Just noticed it before.
