Can somebody explain why my product number is invalid? I bought Basilisk x hypershpeed. Thanks.

firstAmberspaceship246Hi firstAmberspaceship246, I removed your screenshot that included your serial number for safety purpose. Have you tried RZ01-03150100-R3U1 for the product number? IF still doesn't work try PM @Razer.Caziel with your serial number and where you got the headset from.
