Hello everyone,
I just received a Huntsman V2 analog and was thrilled with the product until I noticed a certain issue. During a gaming session, I noticed the Q key was not always pressing when I wanted it to. I've tried every other key on the keyboard and everything else works except this pesky Q key. It was a struggle to just type the necessary Qs for this post. I checked in synapse and the software is detecting a significantly lower actuation for just the Q key. I've attached screenshots below that demonstrate this. Synapse also displays the reactive RGB regardless of whether or not it actually detects the Q input. So I'm thinking it's an issue that stems from a faulty switch and not synapse or the keycaps themselves.
Part of me is saying that it's not a huge deal, Q isn't the most used letter in the alphabet. But the gamer side of me who sees the Q key as an important control for shooters knows that fixing this key is important. Can anyone help me get started in fixing this issue? Do I need a new switch?

@Michelle-RazerCortexPC Thanks for the mention.
@JETventureBurntUmber522 This isn't something we can fix since the switch isn't working correctly. PM me the serial number of the keyboard and a copy of the proof of purchase so I can help you submit a warranty claim.
