I just bought the enki chair, it's my first chair I've bought, I like it and it's comfortable but, I don't know if it's normal that when I sit down the piston goes down a bit, I like to use it all the way up and when I sit down I start to feel like It goes down a bit, is it normal?

Make sure all screws are tightened. You can check the guide here to ensure all parts are installed correctly. If everything is properly placed, PM me a video so I can start a case and forward it to our Engineering Team.
