Raiju Ultimate PS4 button fail

Today i received my Raiju Ultimate PS4. After connecting with my console, i noticed that the circle button did not function. When i switched to the USB mode it worked perfectly. But when i accidently pressed the M3 button, the controller got disconnected and it keeps disconnecting upon pressing it. Has anyone else had these problems? I thought i bought a premium controller.

      That's just what worries me, it seems quite normal for such a pricy controler.

      Have you tried a reset ? Small hole at the back ?
