Razer 8khz didn't connect after PC shutdown

my razer viper 8khz didn't connect to my PC after i restart or when i turn off then turn on my PC. but i found the solution by unplug then plug my razer viper 8khz cable, but it's quite annoying when u need to do it again, again, and again. can you guys help my problem please
