Razer account inaccessible with ticket pending since Dec 2021

My Razer account encountered access issues and prompted error stating that it is inaccessible as it is "pending deletion". Support verified that the account is still active and not pending deletion as suggested by the error message. This issue has been raised with support since early Dec 2021, but no workaround solution has been issued.

Every update provided is just a copy-and-paste template that serves no explanation or show progress on the ticket status. Even when queries are sent to the support team, such as having to create another account so that the profile can be mapped over for a workaround, the same template response is provided without any attention to the concerns. It has been nearly 4 months without any progress, and my access to all Razer services (RMA, product purchases, Razer Synapse, Razer Gold & Silver, etc) is still unavailable since the account is not accessible.

Is there any other way I can reach relevant teams for a proper update on the situation, or at the very least have my concerns looked at and attended to?

Thank you for explaining briefly. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this causes you. Please PM me your ticket number so that I can better understand what previously transpired. Since I don't have visibility on this part of our system, I will be coordinating with the team handling the ticket. Hopefully, we will come up with a resolution that you'd be satisfied with the result.
